People who have good dental insurance do not know how lucky they are! I am one of many without dental insurance, so I know how much it costs to go to the dentist ...
I did not choose the right job!
Going there twice a year as I did before - when I had a good insurance - make a big hole in my budget, so when I saw this homemade recipe to remove tartar on my teeth, I thought I had nothing to loose.
And you neither!
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of table salt.
Soak the wet toothbrush in this mixture and brush your teeth by insisting on the places where the tartar has accumulated.
Spit and repeat.
Mix ½ cup hot water and ½ cup hydrogen peroxide and rinse your mouth (without swallowing!) for 1 minute. Then rinse your mouth with cold/lukewarm water and spit out.
Repeat once a week and the accumulated tartar will disappear within 1 month.
** Do not do this treatment more than once a week, it could damage the enamel of your teeth. Baking soda is abrasive.
