When you cook your meat, poultry and fish on the BBQ, do you get to broil everything without sticking to the BBQ?

That's what I thought! I hate it when I lose half of what I cook because it's all stuck on it. So I'm interested in having a tip to prevent food from sticking without having to use a cooking spray. (That's because it scares me to use an aerosol next to a bright flame!)

I finally found the solution to avoid sticking: It is necessary to rub half a potato on the grill.

Start by turning on your BBQ and when it's hot, just before putting your pieces of meat, place half a potato over the entire surface.

The starch of the potato will deposit a non-stick film on your grill and the food will not stick as much!
