Today, we share 12 small tips that you can use daily to make your life easier in the kitchen.

12 cooking tips that will make your life so much easier:

1) Save time when preparing chicken skewers:

Prick your chicken breasts before cutting into kebab pieces, to save time.

Someone just had to think that one up!

2) Caramelize your ribs in Coca-Cola.

Boil the meat to make it softer. Then marinate in Coca-Cola to give it a good sweet taste. Then cook on the BBQ, 4 minutes on each side.

3) A simple way to peel eggs:

Before cooking your hard-boiled eggs, prick a needle pin into each egg. Once the eggs are cooked, you will have less trouble removing the shells.

4) Make the perfect cake:

For completely smooth frosting, dip the dessert spatula in hot water before spreading. Repeat this step each time you start to feel some resistance in the frosting.

4) Cooking several eggs at a time:

If you have to cook for several people at a time, place all eggs on damp paper towels on a baking sheet and in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes.

5) Cook a delicious lunch in 5 minutes:

In a greased muffin pan, add sliced ham, cheese, eggs, sliced green onions, (optional: diced red pepper and onion) salt and pepper and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 177°C (350°F).

6) Cook your meatballs in a muffin tray to avoid making a mess.

7) Get rid of excess fat:

Add rice grains to the bottom of your muffin cups when cooking. The grains of rice will absorb the excess fat!

8) Cooking for all tastes:

Does your family prefer different sauces or marinades for meats? Here is a simple way to cook meat on a baking sheet. Divide it with aluminum foil.

9) Use coffee to cook the meat:

Did you know that the coffee grounds (remaining coffee in the coffee machine that we let dry) make an excellent marinade for the chicken? The acid in the coffee grounds makes the meat soft, tender and very tasty.

What you'll need:

-1/4 cup of coffee grounds (brewed coffee)
-1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
-2 garlic cloves, chopped
-1/2 chopped green onion
-Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to:

1) Mix the coffee grounds, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chopped green onion, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl

2) Use as a marinade for steaks.

3) marinate from 30 minutes to 4 hours

4) Cook the steak in whatever ways you prefer

10) To cut the chicken into thin slices more easily:

It is not always easy to cut chicken into thin strips, unless you put it in the freezer, 15 to 20 minutes before.

11) Blanch the vegetables:

To blanch the vegetables is to cook them or to boil them for 2 to 3 minutes. This helps to keep them longer and make them more malleable. For example, before cooking or frying, boil the asparagus in water for a few minutes. You can blanch almost anything: potatoes, tomatoes (to make them easier to peel), onions, or even broccoli.
