It is an easy and delicious meal, everyone loves bacon, pasta and chicken ... together wih Alfredo sauce, it's always a success.
1 pound cooked and chopped bacon
12 ounces of pasta (shells)
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1/2 tablespoon Adobo (optional)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley
1/2 pot sauce, Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Alfredo sauce
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and butter a 9-inch square dish.
In a large ziploc bag, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, salt, pepper, adobo and parsley.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken and diced onions. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Reserve in a plate.
Cook pasta. drain
Add the dressing to the cooked pasta.
In the prepared dish, add pasta, cooked chicken, half cooked bacon and Alfredo sauce. Mix well
Sprinkle the cheeses on top and the rest of the bacon.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
