Only simple ingredients, and that we all have at home. A fantastic result, a tender and tasty meat.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 2 pounds of beef
1- In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.
2- Pierce the meat with a fork.
3- Place the meat in a large resealable bag and add the marinade. Stir the bag to cover the meat.
4- Place to the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours or until 24 hours, return the bag from time to time.
5- 30 minutes before cooking the meat, place the bag at room temperature.
6- Cook on grill.
7- Cooking time depends on the thickness of the meat and desired doneness.
