Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, sliced
- 2 onions
- 4 teaspoons (20 mL) dry mustard
- ½ cup (120 mL) olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 mL) soy sauce
- 1 cup (240 mL) maple syrup
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- Pepper
Preparation
1- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions.
2- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and dry mustard and soak the pork slices in the mixture.
3- In the same skillet, sear the pork.
4- Combine all the ingredients (onion, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, dry mustard and pepper) and pour in the bottom of a baking dish and place your slices of pork tenderloin on top .
5- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
