One of the best dish ever!


1 ½ lb. of beef cut in cubes1 ½ lb. of Pork cut in cubes
1 lb. chicken breast cut in cubes1 chopped onion
1 pack of Lipton Onion Soup Mix6 cubed potatoes
2 tsp Bovril Beef Broth Concentrate2 tsp Bovril Chicken Broth Concentrate
Pepper 1 kl commercial pie dough


In large bowl, place meat cubes, onion soup and onion. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.The next day, lower 2/3 of the dough on a floured surface and cover the bottom and sides of a large roasting pan.
Place a row of meat and cover with a row of potatoes, repeating a second time.In a cup, mix the Bovril with the beef, the Bovril with the chicken and 1 cup of water. Pour the broth into the roasting pan and add water to the potatoes.
Cover the rest of the sea-pie.Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, reduce the oven to 230 degrees and cook for 4 hours.
Turn off the oven and let stand for 1 hour. Cover and finish cooking at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
