If you were not used to add a little vanilla in your whipped cream, I guarantee that from now on you will do it!
- 1 cup cold whipping cream (35%)
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar, honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
1- First, place a stainless steel bowl and your whips in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
2- Pour the cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl and whisk at high speed, until medium stiff peaks form, you can calculate about 1 minute.
3- Important, you do not have to whip too much for a perfect texture.
