Abbey Leix Estate in Co Laois is an 18th century mansion and you will need more than half an hour to walk around the 1,050-acre residence! It is in fact Ireland's most prestigious ancient woodland.
The most expensive property publicly listed in the Republic of Ireland right at a price point of £18M, approximately USD$24.69M. It has been on the market since June 2019.

The mansion has 9 bedrooms and has been completely restored after years of work.
It was built in 1773 by architect James Wyatt. It is now filled with classic Irish furniture and art and the new owners will have to pay extra should they wish to acquire it.
The beautiful mansion has a seven-bay facade and Gibbsian window surrounds with ornate quoins. And look at that magnificent entrance hall! The Ionic columns are absolutely stunning.
