This Chef's technique is unbelievable: you peel and cook your corn cobs together!

Fresh corn cobs are so good! We can boast of having prime quality corn in Quebec ...

Bite in a corn cob is fun, but peeling it is not! The leaves are thin and even if you do this over the trash or newspaper, you will always find some on the floor.

When I learned this chef's technique, I was very happy!

It is simple, fast and clean! Here's what you need to do to eat good corn cob without making a mess in the kitchen:

  • Cut the firm end of the corn.
  • Place the corn cobs on a plate and microwave for 5 minutes ( 5 minutes per corn cob).
  • Press the corn cob down and it will come out of its peel! Be careful, it's hot, so if you do not have the insensible hands like this chef, take oven gloves.

There you go ! No water, no dirt on the floor and no reason to deprive yourself! ;-)
