The top part is the coldest (between 1 and 3 °C) and you should store these foods there:
- Raw meat
- Prepared dishes
- Cooked meats
- Fragile cheeses (with raw milk for example)
- Homemade juices (smoothies and jucies that you have made yourself)
The middle part is less cold (between 3 and 5 ° C) and you should store these foods:
- Cheeses less fragile (pasteurized)
- Cooked vegetables
The bottom part (the bins) is even less cold (between 8 and 10 °C) and you should store these foods there:
- Fresh fruits
- Fresh vegetables
The door is a temperate zone (between 6 and 8 °C) and you should store these foods there:
- Bottled sauces
- Commercial juices
- The liqueurs
