We have carried baby car seat the wrong way all the time, and we didn’t know it!
With this method you’ll considerably reduce the risk of hurting your shoulder or your hip and you won’t need to use your leg to push or lift up baby’s seat.
Instead of carrying baby’s seat under the arm like we have always done...
1) Insert your arm in the handle of the car seat.
2) Push your hand against the car seat under the sun-visor of the seat (watch the video).
This easy move will give more stability to your body! Try and you’ll see immediately the difference!
Dr Emily Puente from the clinic Bridge Family Chiropractic at Mansfield, in Texas, shows us in this video how the position of the hand can change your way of carrying your baby.
